This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices that we Sound Tune App, (referred to herein as “We”, “Sound Tune”, “Sound Tune App”, “Us”, or “Our”), employ with regard to collecting, using and disclosing information, both personal and non-personal information, which we receive when you use our Services, Products or Browsing our website. By using the Services you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. What Personal Data We Collect from You
We collect personal data from you when you use the App, such as:
Services Usage Data. We will collect your personal data when you are accessing or using the Sound Tune services, such as playlists information, including playlists you create, liked songs, most played, recently played, play queue; playing data, including playing length of music; playing history, including video playing history, search records, and hide setting records.
Contact Information. We will collect your contact information, your feedback or your request when you contact us for customer service.
Device Information. We will collect information about the device you use, such as your device name, device type, model name and model version, operating system, system language, region, carrier information, Wi-Fi status/parameters, App version, App ID, network connection type, User ID, Android ID.
Technical Data. We will collect data when you use the built-in H5 pages/Flash of third parties, such as the third-party website link you shared with other social media Apps.
For Android users, we may also apply for permissions when you use the App, such as:
Write External Storage. We will apply for the write external storage permission every time you begin to use the App.
Read External Storage. We will apply for the read external storage permission every time you begin to use the App.
Aggregated Personal Data refers to data that has been carefully de-identified and anonymized to ensure that it cannot be linked back to any specific individual. We may aggregate personal data or collect aggregated data from our users, which is essential for enhancing the functionality and performance of our services. This enables us to analyse user behaviours, improve our product's features, develop new products and services, conduct research, and other similar purposes. We use this information to gain insights into overall usage patterns and trends, helping us make data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience. In some cases, we may also choose to share or publish this aggregated information.
In addition, from time to time, we may share or publish aggregated information, like general user statistics, with third parties. We collect this information through the services. Personal Information – Since we do not collect Personal Information, we will not use your Personal Information in any way
Non-Personal Information. We may use Non-Personal Information for the following purposes:
(1)For Personalized User Experience – We may use your Non-Personal Information to understand your user characteristics, and other trends related to user’s habits;
(2)To Help Improve Our Service – We may use Non-Personal Information to provide, maintain, enhance and improve our applications, services and websites, and the development of new services.

4.YOUR RIGHTS OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All natural people are assured ownership of her/his personal data, with the fundamental rights of freedom, intimacy and privacy being guaranteed.
You have the right to obtain the following from the controller, namely the Company, regarding your information being processed by the controller, at any time and by means of express request of you or your legally constituted representative to the processing agent, to the extent allowed by applicable laws:
Confirmation of the existence of the processing. You may at any time confirm the processing of data by reviewing the terms and policies of the Company, emailing us or any other means provided by us.
Access to the data. You can review and manage your basic personal data as well as data regarding your use of the applications.
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data. If you find out there is any incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date information about you, you can contact us at any time regarding these issues and we will correct the information in accordance with what you reasonably provide.
Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in noncompliance with the provisions of applicable laws. You can at any time expressly request us to anonymize, block or delete certain information which you believe is unnecessary or excessive for data processing and is not in compliance with applicable laws through email.
Portability of the data to another service or product provider. By means of an express request and subject to commercial and industrial secrecy, you can export a copy of content in your Account if you want to back it up or use it with a service outside of Sound Tune by emailing us, pursuant to the regulation of the controlling agency. This does not include data that have already been anonymized by the controller.
Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject. You can choose to delete your personal information by emailing us unless the use and/or disclosure of the information is for purposes of a) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller; b) transfer to third parties; or c) exclusive use of the controller, with access by third parties being prohibited, and provided the data has been anonymized.
Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data. During the collection and processing of your information, we may share or disclose your personal data to third parties. The processor shall carry out the processing according to the instructions provided by the controller, which shall verify the obedience of the own instructions and of the rules governing the subject. You are entitled to know information about either public or private entities with which we have shared data by emailing us.
Information about the possibility of denying consent and the consequences of such denial. You can choose to give or deny your consent to the processing of your information. As listed in this Privacy Policy, we collect and process certain information for certain purposes. The denial of consent will lead to the failure of such purposes such as providing certain services to you or improving our products. CHILDREN’S POLICY
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 16. If you are a minor under the age of 16, you must obtain prior written consent from your parents or legal guardian before using our services. APPLICATION
This Privacy Policy applies to all the services we provided in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

You can choose whether to access such content or links, or whether to use the third party’s products or services. However, we do not have control over the products or services provided by third parties. We cannot control any of your personal data held by third parties. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
